THE MAKING PROCESS

Carbone dioxide and oxygen sensors

Carbone dioxide and oxygen sensors: The process of preparing the sensors is described in the following steps:

  • sensors are cut out of their plastic casings (special caution not to damage the sensors),
  • the plastic surrounding cables are peeled down,
  • the cables are shortened and soldered back together.

Due to the sensitivity of sensors (air pressure more than 50 kPa and temperature above 00C) we have to provide constant air pressure and temperature inside the probe by making a heated pressure chamber.
